Schüco systematically studies and continuously improves existing and established products. The result of this continuous development is the new ASE 60 (Aluminum Sliding Element) range of sliding systems. The concept of this system, as well as the detailed optimisation of the manufacturing process, was a top priority during development. With this new range, Schüco has introduced many new construction possibilities and dimensional depths: the profile system with optimised insulation zones offers significantly improved thermal insulation properties in the various system solutions, even at Passive House standard level (with a basic depth of 80 mm). In addition, all versions of the system - single, double and triple track - are based on multifunctional profiles that allow optimal use of identical parts. The equipment system, which is also modular, can be used for both sliding and lifting systems. With a few exceptions, the components are identical for both base depths. An extended range of sizes, ultra-flat profiles and solutions to absorb the bimetallic effect complete the thermal insulation, thus responding to countless architectural design options.
